Clutch Bell Carrier Alloy improved

After a demanding weekend endurance race, we discovered issues with the MCD clutch cup bracket. The bearing mounting hole had a slight gap, allowing the bearing's outer ring to slip. Additionally, the clearance between the gear and the bracket was too tight, causing wear, overheating, and reduced engine efficiency. To resolve these problems, we revamped the clutch cup bracket while respecting MCD's original design principles. The bearing mounting position now features a precise interference fit with a negative tolerance. Installation involves heating the bracket to 100°C (using an oven or heat gun), ensuring a secure, tight fit once cooled to room temperature—completely eliminating abnormal wear! We also reduced the outer height of the bearing hole to prevent friction with the gear. Our parts are shipped with two bearings pre-installed, but when you need to replace the bearings after some use, you must heat the part to remove them. The outcome? Enhanced smoothness, greater durability, and improved power output.
